Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Trinkta, we strive to deliver your favourite products to your doorstep quickly and safely. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across most pin codes in India through our trusted courier partners.
If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you to:
Update your address with an alternate serviceable pin code, or
If no alternate address is available, your order will be cancelled, and any payment made will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro cities: 3-5 business days
Other cities & towns: 5-8 business days
Remote or out-of-delivery areas: 7-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or logistics delays.
4. Shipping Charges

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, with no minimum order value.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for eligible pin codes.
There are no additional charges for Cash on Delivery orders.
6. Important Delivery Instructions
π΄ Do not share OTP:
Please do not share the delivery OTP with the courier partner until you have received your parcel physically in your hand and checked it.
β οΈ Fake delivery marked by courier partner:
If you receive an SMS or email stating your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
Raise a concern with our team within 24 hours of the delivery being marked.
Email us at info@trinkta.com with your order ID and details.
π« Delivery from another location:
If the delivery boy calls and asks you to collect the parcel from a location different from your given delivery address, please:
Raise a concern with us within 2 hours of receiving such a call.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to ensure safe doorstep delivery.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your shipment status under βMy Ordersβ section on our website.
8. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make three delivery attempts. If the order is not received after these attempts, it will be returned to us. Reshipping will require confirmation from you and may depend on serviceability.
9. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
Public holidays, lockdowns, or strikes
Natural calamities
Remote location pin codes
Unexpected logistics or operational issues
We will keep you updated in such cases.
10. Order Receipt & Verification
Please ensure that:
You provide complete and accurate address details with a valid phone number.
You check the package for any visible damage or tampering before accepting delivery.
In case of any damage, please capture unboxing videos and images and raise a return request as per our Refund & Return Policy.
