At Trinkta, we want you to shop with confidence and be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a product, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
The item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
2. How to Initiate a Return
You can create a return request directly from our website by:
Logging into your account
Going to ‘My Orders’ section
Selecting the order you wish to return
Clicking on ‘Return’ and following the instructions
During the return creation process, if your order was placed as Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to fill in your bank account details to receive your refund securely via bank transfer.

3. Return Process
Once your return request is received, it will be reviewed within 1-2 business days.
After approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions for self-shipment (if applicable).
The returned product will be inspected upon receipt to ensure it is unused with all original tags attached.
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product passes quality check.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the account details you provide during the return creation process.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products without original tags and packaging
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence after delivery
Items returned beyond 7 days from delivery date
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return process must be followed.
